Split Set ® SS-39 : Split Set stabilizer, friction stabilizer, rock support

The Split Set® SS-39 (diameter 39 mm), with the bearing domed plate in place, is driven into a slightly smaller hole, using the same standard percussion drill which made the hole. The tube exerts radial pressure against the rock over its full contact length.
High plate loading is generated immediately. Split Set stabilizer being a yieldable support will conform to changing ground conditions even at angle to the tube, and grip will increase with rock shifts.
